All orders placed on Jyotsvan are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 4–6 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.


Shipping Days

Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday. We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays.


Shipping Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Courier partner delays

  • Operational or technical issues

  • Customs clearance delays for international shipments

In such cases, Jyotsvan will not be responsible for delays but will provide support in tracking your shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
