Returns Policy

Jyotsvan maintains a no-return policy. We do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please contact us at jyotsvan@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear images or videos of the product received


Resolution Options

After verification, Jyotsvan will take one of the following actions:

  • Provide a replacement for the product (subject to availability), or

  • Initiate a refund, at the sole discretion of Jyotsvan


Refund Process

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order or your order has not been delivered, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at jyotsvan@gmail.com.


Non-Returnable Items

Products will not be eligible for return or refund if:

  • The issue is reported after 7 days

  • The product shows signs of use

  • Damage is caused by mishandling or misuse
